Welcome to Magnetic Midlife (“Program”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating, you agree to the following:

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you (“Participant”) and Zoe Martin (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Payment & Access

You agree to pay the price listed at checkout.
For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges until the plan is complete.
Access is granted once payment is received.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, worksheets, PDFs) are for your personal use only. Sharing, selling, or distributing is prohibited.

5. Coaching Relationship

This Program is educational and coaching-based. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants. Recording, sharing, or distributing community calls without consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages or losses arising from participation. Your results are your responsibility.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
